“PP&R makes Portland a healthy place to work, live and play, and now has over 20 sites throughout the city with music classes. From the flagship Community Music Center in Southeast to St. John’s Community Center in the North, from Multnomah Arts Center in the West to East Portland Community Center, the PP&R network has hundreds of classes and lessons available for musicians and music students of all levels and ages - from 6 months to seniors, and brand-new beginners to experienced players.
Classes include: violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, piano, voice banjo, recorder, flute, clarinet, trumpet, horn, drums, early childhood music, music skills, chamber music ensembles, orchestra, choir, Renaissance winds, and much more!
