Go Classical PDX

Since its inception in 1985, Novum Chamber Singers has enjoyed a unique identity with Portland area audiences as a small chamber ensemble that performs the finest in chamber choral literature of all periods and styles. Our repertoire ranges from 13th century motets to 20th and 21st century works by such composers as Britten, Durufle, Foss, Ginastera, Rutter, and Eric Whitacre.

Members of the choir range from music instructors to bankers, physicians to engineers, teachers to law enforcement officers, salesmen to secretaries. Included in the choir are NATS and Metropolitan Opera competition winners, and soloists with such professional choirs as The Roger Wagner, William Hall, and Robert Shaw Chorales.
